This hotel was clean enough, but the facilities are limited. There is no bar - it wasn't functioning during my 4 night stay. There was no food in the evening, as the only staff there was the front desk clerk. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in. It was a king size, but one side had a huge valley in it, so I was forced to sleep on the other side. Might as well have been a single bed. I do not recommend.

Not to Courtyard expected standards. Had to move rooms 3 times. 1st room AC not working, 2nd room AC making noise, 3rd room dirty & poor maintenance, 4th room deadbolt didn’t work, poorly repaired shower joints. Lobby floors mopped during check-out time and left slippery wet. Staff showed no concern.

Courtyard by Marriott is the ultimate experience. Customer service is too level. Professional and the gave me superb attention. All my needs were meet and specialized treatment was offered due to my health issues. I was treated as a queen! If I could how well I am treated it would contain words that overflow. Thank you staff.
