I like the location walking distance to Zocalo and Bella de Artes. You can easily get Uber although the traffic is bad.

I'm just being honest with this review the Pro's: Quick Check In, Good breakfast, Location, Cleaning staff excellent. Con's: No fridge in the room very inconvenient if you have cold medicine to take, Not even a small coffee maker in the room you have to go to the 4th floor to access one, Bathtub horrible my wife falls in the bathtub water everywhere no bars to help you to hold, Super noisy you can basically hear the conversations from all the rooms around you, the gasoline smells terrible in the room and the elevator super uncomfortable if you are traveling with family you basically can fix 2 bags with two people or less, and no ice at all, or cold water at all unless you buy it and don't rent a car because is super uncomfortable to park close to the hotel and even to drop you there because of the traffic and everyday people is having a protest making the traffic and driving there very hard thank you.

Rooms very clean except issues at one of the bedrooms bathroom had an unpleasant odor coming from the cracked floor broken pipe water puddles. Reported to office stuff. Hoping to get another room. But didn’t according to them the problem was fixed. We also had issues with water temperature. 😔

First time in Mexico City and happy that we stayed here. Front desk were always helpful and on standby. Frida and Fabiola helped us out with tour deals, transportation and minor inconveniences. Most def coming back here !

This hotel is not a modern hotel, it is a charming older building that is well kept and clean. Our room, the junior suite, had everything we need for the week we were there. The bathroom was shower only, but i never take a bath in hotels, so i didn't mind. There isn't much counter space, but everything was there and very clean. The kitchen had a table and chairs, a desk, refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, large sink, soap dispenser, but no paper towels. The bedroon had a comfortable bed, 4 pillows, armoir, suitcase rack, television, a nice chandelier and a safe for your valuables. For daily cleaning service you needed to put out a sign or they would not enter your room. Breakfast served daily on the rooftop and at night they have food and drinks available for purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you needed their help. The location is GREAT! There are a couple restaurants outside the door and fresh bakery a just up the street. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, you are in the middle of everything and can walk to the cathedral to the left a couple blocks. There are stores, restaurants, street vendors right outside and you're a five minute walk to the palacio nacional. I absolutely enjoyed our hotel's location and it made our stay in Mexico city amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a charming, not modern, state of the art, hotel.

Great location and service!

Had a great time here, great breakfast at four floor. Just that can hear other people from the room, every single little noice, AC was leaking but mot much to worry, they fixed quicky even that it continue.

Rooms clean; bathroom too small; no fridge, no windows. It rained and floors were wet at breakfast area and lobby no one mopped. ( not good,I slipped and fell) The staff was great! The food at bar area excellent! Location good!

Location was very central to everything in the historical downtown, shops, restaurants, guided tours 15 minutes un car from Reforma and the Angel. Our bedroom was amazing big space with a kitchen and dining area which was perfect for our stay. They clean our room and provided clean towels every day. I will definitely stay again. Thank you
