First room given wasn’t ready, voucher given for one drink when two occupants staying. We had an executive room. Poor overall condition glad we didn’t get a standard. Wood chip wall paper 1980’s separate toilet to bathroom. Wedding on, constant vibrating/droning from above. Breakfast not the best, decor dated and threadbare Never again.

Stayed here for one night before embarking on a cruise ship. Cathy the receptionist was extremely helpful when my husband discovered he had forgotten to print some documents he needed for parking at cruise terminal. We were upgraded as it was our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and as a real treat was greeted with a lovely dessert treat saying Happy Anniversary and drinks voucher. Whole experience was 10/10 and a big thank you to Cathy and staff again. You made us a very happy couple .

Nice hotel comfortable. Lovely pool small but suited us. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue we had was the fire alarm going off at 11 pm (not great with small kids) which is Beyond the staffs control.

Didn’t make it because Expedia did not honour the tickets I paid for. The flight from guernsey to Southampton, I turned up and they hadn’t put me on the flight. Would like a refund but not sure you are a honourable reputable company!!! Not judging by this experience!! Never book with Expedia!!

Did not hear any noise from adjoining rooms. Still able to sleep comfortably despite having no air conditioning. Pool was fine for the kids. Parking was expensive but convenient!
