Overall a good comfy affordable place in Centro. I think it was worth it. However, some things to mention: - No refrigerator in the room. - Wifi condition was really bad. - While the TV has YouTube/Netflix feature installed, neither of them were working. - The water bottle placed in the room did not have a price tag, yet I was charged for 42 pesos each and informed that only at the checkout time.

The Hotel concierge. (Her name begins with an A was really helpful and very efficient and a genuinely caring young woman. The doorman George? Was incredibly helpful, warm and kind. A great way to begin a vacation to be greeted by those two smiling faces.

Awesome hotel, staff (Sergio/Front Staff) very friendly and attentive. My only recommendation is too hit the breakfast buffet early on, as it get crowded and a little bit slow. Again, the hotel and the staff very friendly, attentive, and nice. We will be back.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Punto MX, all the staff is always courteous and welcoming. Location is very centric, there is a lot of restaurants close by and a lot of different activities. Highly recommended!

Clean, quite and good location. Terrible treatment by indifferent staff at reception. Check in at 3:40pm but room not ready but will be in 10-15 minutes so got a cupon for a snack and drink so ok. After 30 minutes still not ready. Waited 1-1/2 hours. Stayed for 3 days. Everyday I came back to hotel after out all day, the room key doesn't works. Had to get reprogrammed. Indifferent staff treatment every time you asked and they just don't care or think treating guests for inconvenience is totally acceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
