I stayed for two separate occasions and they were both different experiences. On my first reservation everything went well. it was on my second reservation that I met with different check in staff were who were rude and purposely put me in the wrong kind of room. Then they tried to gaslight me saying that we talked about it. I had to move a total of three times! it was the worst experience. I wouldn't recommend if you are flying in as it doesn't have transportation to and from the airport. the pool is an outdoor pool even though it has pictures showing as if it were indoor.

El hotel esta super bien ubicado y encuentras todo lo q necesites restaurantes farmacias museos excelente solo q esta viejo y en el cuarto q nos toco el baño tenia arrancado un telefono de los 90s y ahi dejado sobre el lavamanos, las almoadas muy aguadas y se nota q tienen tiempo q no las remplazan tuvimos friony no habia en elncloset una frasada y el aire estaba apagado, la atencion muy buena check in rapido y esta enorme se ve q hace 15 años era un palacio
