Here are the problems we encountered: (1) the room was highly scented (I think from the sheets and pillowcases which must have been laundered in highly scented detergent); (2) the hotel makes you use a revolving door to get inside; the problem was I couldn’t get my luggage in fast enough; I got caught in the door and had to pull myself out which caused me to fall (luckily a couple behind me and my sister broke our falls). They have a non-revolving door; they just block it so you cannot use it; (3) I couldn’t turn up the heat for the first two nights and it was cold; (4) the sofa bed sagged badly in the middle and was very uncomfortable; (5) the breakfast was mediocre at best; (6) the young woman at reception at night seemed poorly trained (I didn’t feel like I could talk to her about the heat problem); (7) my key mysteriously stopped working after the second night (no explanation of why); (8) the room was of depressing decor (in contrast to the lobby which looks quite nice). On the plus side: the room was big and the location was ideal. But I definitely would not stay here again.
