Super convenient for the Milano Nord Parkrun, metro station on the doorstep and reasonable prices. Bed a bit hard and AC seemed to be either on (too cold) or off (too warm) even in auto mode.

In an industrial area of the city

Cons: Many things to many to mention.
Location: View the factories nearby. Enjoy the various grades of litter.
An individual is charged 5 euro per day to contribute to the city. The area around the hotel is strewn with litter. Staff are rude. The hotel room sometimes smelt of drains. It was not entirely clean. There were loads of hairs in the bathroom and on the carpet that were not ours. Breakfast is a disaster. The juice dispenser is not labelled correctly,and the juice is not of good quality. Breakfast is unpleasantly overcrowded. There were some very dirty habits at breakfast. The floor is filthy. Reception staff are rude. One in fact told me if I had complaints I should complain to E Bookers as I had booked with them. I found that quite odd that the hotel stated all complaints should be addressed to those that you may have a contract with but are not actually providing the service. Rooms are also being let to people seeking asylum in Italy. We witnessed an interview with a client in the reception regarding their social housing provision. This is not a four star hotel. It is a tourist class 2/3.

Breakfast was poor and expensive. Restaurant was supposed to be open but we were told that there's only few foods that they could heat us from fridge. There's no real restaurants near the hotel so that would be important.
