I enjoyed the fact the hotel was close to many attractions within walking distance. The room is overall quiet from traffic but not well insulated from other rooms, hearing stomping at 11pm or 5am.

We had a room with 3 separate beds! Hard to find! Great location- walk to shops, restaurants, Duomo,Castle …. Bountiful breakfast ( chocolate croissants are yum) with hot and cold foods. Beautiful property, the rooms were spacious, clean, and convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a good value with a decent variety of selection. Location was central and convenient to local attractions. Would highly recommend this property, it was the best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. Definitely punching above its 3 star hotel rating.

Nice hotel but…

Hotel was nice but the shower drain was clogged and if you took a shower longer than 1-2 minutes the water would start pouring out into the bathroom. Told them immediately and by the time we left (2 nights) the problem was still not fixed.
