From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made a big difference in our overall experience. The hotel was spotless, with every area maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also really appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made it perfect for a family trip. The staff were very nice and acommodating with allowing for late check in and early check out, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Transportation however is difficult to obtain if you do not plan around their shuttles. It is around a 12-14 minute walk to the metro which is not bad but other than that, central Milan is not that close without a form of transport.

We had booked a Junior suite for our night stay at the UNA Hotels EXPO Fiera in Milan. You could not fault the room at all. The bathroom was immaculate and the suite was very spacious for me and my two sons. Really loved the place.
