It’s not fancy, but free onsite parking and good location. Check in took a while, but the young woman at the front desk was all alone and making people feel welcome the best she could.

They verbally agreed to give us another night on the phone(in our room) then, without contacting us, gave our room away and threw our stuff in a corner. The manager said that he was going to help us get a discounted rate at another hotel and then didn’t. He never called me back or offered any compensation. Complete BS. Sadly, the staff liked us as we had great interactions with all of them. They were just as upset. One cried. Another offered us a room in their home. It was truly sad and upsetting for everyone because of their manager, who wasn’t even there on arguably their busiest weekend of the year. Thumbs down and I should get a refund. Especially after waiting 2 hours at the bar for the manager to show up. Pathetic.

It was the worst I and friends ever expected for our get away stay ever.key card didn't work, maintenence man had to work on door.couldnt turn knob for shower to tight.kept loosing water pressure-water would shut off.king size bedroom and had only one bath towel no wash cloth or hand towels.coffee cups, no coffee maker, one inch size soap bar, smelled like skunk pot, sickening. Toilet ran allnight inless you shook handle. Curtains not shutting out light. requested two rooms on same floor, did not accomodate, we checked in at 5ishpm and was told too bad someone else check in before us, even though they alreay had charged us for rooms on account at 730 in the morning., i could go on, but i think you get the picture, was told they would a discount to our charge,however didnt say howmuch so we will see. We had two rooms. Front desk dint seem to care. The bar tender was nice.promised a shuttle, but no driver when we needed ride. Would not recommend.

It was okay. Was in town for a Brewers game. The curtain couldn't shut all the way so the light on building was smacking you in the face kinda sucked but it was clean and reasonably priced for the location. That part of town was impressively clean and no problems.

We arrived in the middle of the night on a road trip with our kids, and it was very unsafe. We elected to drive away due to the unsafe and unsanitary environment. The multiple people drugged out on the door steps and questionable women were enough for us to not even get out of our vehicle.

Shower leaked onto bathroom tile floor making it a hazard. The toilet ran constantly. The halls had not been vaccumed. The inside elevator doors were full of smears and finger marks. The sheets were like canvas.

It was a raving review until they left us stranded at a venue. We started called calling at 11pm Saturday night until our cell phones went dead. NO ANSWER. You night staff didn't answer the phones, not even for your corporate reservations people. Taxi's were full and closed at 1am, and couldn't get an Uber because we didn't have the app. I'm on a knee scooter and can't walk. YOU LEFT US STRANDED. We spoke to the desk person Sunday morning and he promised he'd call in 2 hours with what he'd do about our bill. HE NEVER CALLED. We talked a bartender to call us an Uber, paid her and the Uber driver to take us back to your hotel.

This hotel seems to be in the middle of or maybe stalled remodel. Our room had open wires, old heaters hangng off walls, multiple light fixtures out, drapes off tracks, worn doors and more. Had suite with 2 rooms with 2 microwaves, 1 full refrigerator and one dorm refrigerator. Staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard fare- sausage, biscuits,potatoes, cold cereal, breads with toaster. Not quite accurate temp. Had shuttle to local places. Got ride to restaurant but unable to get in touch for ride back so Ubered. Dog friendly with lots of grassy areas. Comfortable beds. Would stay again because of staff, rates parking, dog and location.

We didn't stay the night due to our Uber driver asked why we were staying there. She grew up in the area and suggested a different location due to our safety. So, we checked out a few hours after checking in.

TV was not hooked up to any power source and seemed to be missing some cables. There were no washcloths in the room at all. The bed was super comfy though! When we got there it apparently was shift change so the gal working just stopped working, packed up her stuff and said her replacement was on his way in. He walked in to two couples waiting to check in. She stood in the room off the office with her pizza box in hand waiting for her ride… lol what work ethic? Not impressed overall.

They offered a free bud service in town. This was a huge bonus and really made the experience all the better. It was the wife’s and my-selves anniversary and we went to a comedy show. They dropped us off and picked us up free of charge!
