Exceptional

First visit to Milwaukee and had a fabulous stay at Saint Kate! From the warm reception greetings to the many art galleries to the rocking bar scene on the ground floor, everything was awesome! Food was great at Aria! Such a nice way to start off your day! I noted to my waitress that any place where your fresh coffee is still piping hot after adding sugar & cream deserves a shout-out! I especially like the way the hotel/architects rethought established expectations, like a coffee maker in every room. Coffee is available at the elevator lobby with take-out cups. Much more efficient for both guest & housekeeping staff.😊

Nice concept, fell short on the execution sadly.

They didn’t have a room for us until around 5:30 pm. We were going to a Bucks game and wanted to change and have dinner beforehand but because of the delay in getting our room we had to switch our plans. We ended up having pizza at Proof in the hotel. That was decent Neapolitan pizza. The front desk did apologize for the delay and offered us two free drinks at the bar for the inconvenience. I still feel it’s unacceptable to have the delay be so crazy and for it to have to impact the rest of our evening.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful place to stay. Room was excellent great views of the city. Walkable to our concert at the Fiserv. Parking was a bit pricey but expected. Front desk was overrun when we got there but they got help. Toby was awesome at the desk. Quick and easy checkout. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for a concert at the Pabst or Riverside. Easy walk to both. Glass of champagne at check in was nice, as an upgrade for my husband's birthday.

Check in with Tobi -10. Bar music with Joe Wray -10. Bar server - 10. Art everywhere - 10. Actual sleeping room - 5. Bed is too high for short people to get in comfortably. Mattress is too soft, makes my back ache. Tried to sleep on the sofa but got too cold. Room construction - 3. Walls are paper thin. My door and walls rattle when people next to me and down the hall slam their doors. Feels like an earthquake. People in room next door came and went most of the night. I got about 2.5 hours of sleep. Coffee/tea service - 7. I like the concept of a central coffee and tea station, but once my tea cooled, there's no way to reheat it. Suggested a microwave at the same location. Instead, one was delivered to my room. Thanks.
