- Aggressive management - Dirty facilities - $10 per night to park as already paying customers We had an issue with them reserving the wrong size room for us, but when asked to resolve the mistake (and showing them confirmation they had sent of the correct room) the manager came out and began yelling, using abusive language, and mocking me. Additonally, the hotel grounds were dirty, with overflowing trash in parking lot, and the lobby was set up like a grimy convenience store with a dilapidated bar area. There are tons of good options in this area for hotels, please choose somewhere else guys.

A Loyal Hyatt customer NO MORE!

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 10 years 2-3 times a year with multiple family members staying here also. This will be the last time we stay here. They put us in a room with only one bed because they stated we reserve the right to change the type of room you reserved even though we paid for and reserved a room with two double beds and a sofa. Once we arrived, there was no parking, so we had to park across the road on a curb, parking was already paid for so no refund there. Parking is now paid for and not included in your reservation and is mostly filled with airport customers. The shower was luke warm at best. We had to pay for a second room because they had no more double double rooms when we arrived and we needed the second bed even though we already paid for it.

The hotel is clean, newer & close to the airport. Being 1 mile away from the airport, it is very loud in the morning with all the plane noises. The guests were also loud and slamming the doors at 2 and 3 am.

The rooms were very nice, checking in was easy. I do like the sinks outside of the shower/toilet area. I don't feel we should be charged for parking. The noise from I494 is quite loud. You need to run the fan continuously or.have a sound machine.

Positive experience

We had to checkin close to midnight and they were quick getting us to our room. We had 6 people and had to use the hideabed and they already had blankets in the room for us which was nice. Breakfast was better than others and worked well for our family. Close location to the airport a d mall of america

Property was great except I paid for a king room and everything was over booked. I was lucky to even get a room. I wasnt offered money back for the difference of the cost or anything so I paid a premium for a not so premium room. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Nothing was what was booked

They didn’t have the room we booked so 5 of us had to make a king suite work when we booked a double suite which we booked months out. Also they did not have a park and ride service for the airport there which was one of the main reasons we booked there. The parking there was bad we pretty much were parked on the street even with having to pay for the parking. We had an early morning flight and were partially blocked in. We won’t stay here again for the night before departure.

Hotel, in need of a remodel

This hotel definitely needs an update. The carpet was threadbare. Breakfast was overcrowded and the breakfast room wasn’t particularly clean in the room, the wallpaper was peeling. I stayed because the price was low. However, I wouldn’t stay again. However, the location is good and the price can’t be beat
