Beautiful, clean hotel room, but missing some basic amenities (no lotions or soaps). My husband nearly got stuck in the old elevator. And as a side note for anyone with down allergies, they do use feather bedding and you'll want to double check this even if you requested they be removed before you get there. I found down feather pillows in my room, and when I requested the pillows be changed out, they left the down pillows on the bed, which wasn't super helpful.

The pool was extremely dirty, standing dirt on the bottom of the pool. There were areas of the hotel room floor that were sticky and uncleaned. The bed covers were not clean. Breakfast was above average. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
