To start off, when I arrived at the resort, my family and I waited almost 2 hours after the check-in time. The food at the buffet is terrible. My family and I were also unable to reserve at any of the restaurants that the resort has to offer. When we did get a reservation at one, they messed up the number of guests I had on my reservation as well as my decision to eat habachi that night. I payed for a premium room and it was not well kept. All in all it was not worth my money and they will never see me again.

Overall this was a pleasant stay. The layout of the property was a bit confusing, but I eventually figured it out. Staff was incredibly helpful when planning my aunt’s birthday dinner and the staff in the restaurants were pleasant and hospitable for the most part. Transportation to and from the airport was okay, although on the way to the resort I was in a small van that made multiple stops, so it took longer to get to the resort. There were some issues with some of the excursions my aunt planned, but ultimately they were resolved. I also had an issue with getting towels and the mini bar stocked daily as was advertised, but all in all, a decent stay.

The view around this property is beautiful. Majority of the staff that I dealt with were wonderful. The number system for the rooms is a bit confusing making it hard to locate family members in other areas of the resort. The resort provides wifi thru out the property which is great, however I did come across a few weak to no coverage areas. Also the rooms seem a bit outdated with the lack of available outlets. My room had only 2 I could access without having to move the dresser. I suppose most visitors to the resort don't drive but I did and the area for parking isn't paved at all and is a bit of a walk to the Gran side of the resort. There are plenty of dining options available but sit down restaurants that aren't buffet need reservations.

The resort was nice and clean but when it comes to the food they should have more options to go eat besides the buffet. Also they should let guests know they need to make reservations for the other restaurants the day they check in. They did not tell us so we didn’t get to experience the other restaurants beside the buffet only. Other than that, the staff was nice and the property was safe and clean.

The room needs to upgrade the phone wasn't working the ceiling was leaking and there were no towels in the room when we arrived. It was alsoy daughters birthday and they had promised to decorate the room but that wasn't done. we were upgraded to the Luxury Side, This was the most beautiful, friendly resort i’ve been to. I am glad to have been upgraded to an adult only side , the food at the la carte’s were amazing!!! and drinks in the main lobby were made perfectly not watered down. By far the worst vacation ever! Nasty rooms, you don't get yhe room that u pay for and when u ask about it they get attitude with u, they lie saying they'll move u and never call! It was 3 of us in one bed for 5 days. Not to mention the food is horrible menu barley changed and no top shelve liquor and what they did have u had to pay for it. I don't recommend AT ALL

Food wasn’t the best, always lines and then the food would run out. Wouldn’t pick this place again. The hotel lack service, check was at 3pm but we didn’t check in until after 6:30pm pool was always full and no where to sit most of the time. They closed down the pool in the middle of the day. And there was hardly any beach area.
