The photos on Expedia made the property look new and well-maintained, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case upon arrival. Our door panel was unhinged, the floors were dirty, and the room was dusty throughout. We were promised a garden view, but it turned out to be just a bush outside our window. The food was bland and lacked any seasoning or flavor. The only redeeming quality of our stay was the staff—they were kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to make our experience better.

The property was very lovely and the staff were kind. The rooms are dated and needs to be upgraded, especially for the price. I did like that they offered baby sitting for those who travel with kids and need a break. The food was decent. Jerk hut was great. Dinner reservations were hard to make, due to them filling up quickly on the app and you're only able to make reservation 3 days in advance. Sadly, when you go to the restaurants it isn't full and made me question why there was no availability to book on the app. However, some members we came with were able to do walk ins at the restaurants but it's not guaranteed. I do wish that breakfast started at 6am for those who have to leave the resort early for different attractions. Also, all food areas close by 10pm which is early. They do have a option to order room service for additional cost which sucks compared to other resorts. Also lunch isn't open until 1230p which sucks for people who travel with little kids. Lastly, the thing I did not like about the property was the exploitation. We came for a wedding and paid for a certain amount of people. Half of the attendants are local family members who traveled the day of the wedding to the resort. They were not let it unless they paid an extra charge. This was unfair and thus a lot of them did not get to attend. I would not recommend hosting a wedding at this resort.

The property itself is nice and well kept. Pie rooms were not adequately supplied and daily we needed to request basic services like towels ( and wait hours ) and also dirty wine glasses and coffee cups were never cleared out. This was in addition to pool chairs being taken by 10a ; after staff visibly removed chairs and so I was walking around asking anyone for help for chairs. I was told by a manager I should Have waken up earlier. The level of service is deplorable and everyone’s looking for tips for the most basic of services I dont Mind tipping however when you are faced with such discomfort like why ? Expedia promised to follow up on a request to refund and I’d book a different hotel no follow up it’s been 3 days almost.

First time to Jamaica and the staff at the resort made our stay amazing. The extra special treatment that we received made our time very special! Give a shout out to all of the staff as they made our time from check in to check out a pleasurable experience. Food was excellent

The staff hounded you for money for everything. It was not relaxing. The food was terrible. They were out of most things then repeated the same meals over and over. Staying a week was to long.. the spa was out of wax, couldn’t even get my eyebrows waxed. The simplest thing. I do not recommend in any area.

They have roaches….. This is my 5th time going to Grand Palladium. I was even married there with over 40 guest. BUT this time…..I saw at least 7 huge roaches in room 2706 located in building 27. They came to exterminate but I have asthma. I have to be extra cautious of my breathing conditions. When I reported I saw more roaches they wanted to come back and exterminate. I had to say no due to my asthma. The exterminations was not working… The power went out twice, the toilet had issues flushing, and the jacuzzi tub stop working. Y’all, I got tired of complaining. I didn’t want to fight roaches on my 3 year anniversary. I don’t want Jamaican size roaches at my home.

I did not like that certain life guards did not allow water shoes at the pool. When advised my child had a disability and it helped her to be more stable in the pool. I got a response that she look like she can walk just fine.
