The room was great, everything was super clean, the staff is super friendly and the hotel has some amazing beaches! All they need is more bar tenders, but that's a minor inconvenience. Overall is a great resort

We arrived first room, shower was moldy and safe was broken. We then upgraded to ocean view, but they did not receive our confirmation from Expedia, so they keep us waiting, even though I had the copy of the email. Ruined are whole day. After my wife lost it, they gave us a room. The air conditioning was broken, the safe was locked, two pillows for three guests, two toweled also, no drinks in the fridge. This went on all night, constant knocking at the door to supply these items. The AC needed to be taken apart, so it took 24 hrs to fix. Besides that are day three everything kind of got fixed. Now I lost two days of my vacation.

The only negative is: The “membership” push is over the top! The marketing team stands in an area and push way too hard. No means no. If you are interested and have an appointment they will and did make you wait… this is a vacation. Who wants to sit around for over an hour waiting? It’s too much!!

We stayed on the lady Hamilton side but whatever side you stay on you share all restaurants, pools, beaches and amenities..my family of 4 (2adults + 2kids) absolutely loved our 10 night stay over january 2026. The staff was attentive and friendly, the resort was gorgeous! Honestly we went to negril for a day trip to ricks cafe and we drove by some of the other resorts and hotels but i have to say ours was the best. Its a massive resort with plenty to do for adults and kids. Food was fantastic as well! Well worth the money!

We had such a wonderful time in Jamaica!!! I was definitely a bit concerned going so soon after a category 5 hurricane but the country is still beautiful. The hotel didn't have much visible damage and the visual damage was actively being repaired. The staff was amazing! So kind and accommodating! The DJs and bartenders are dope, the food was good lots of variety...and its buffet food so don't expect the best Jamaican food you've ever but thats expected. The beaches are not quite what I expected but it's still a beach... It's not a 5 star resort so don't expect that but its def a vibe.

I am writing to formally complain and demand a full refund for my reservation, as the accommodation provided was completely different from what I paid for and confirmed through your website. I clearly booked and paid for Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton – Ocean View King Room, at a rate of $108 per night for a single room. However, upon arrival, I was not accommodated at Lady Hamilton at all. Instead, I was placed in the connected Grand Palladium Jamaica hotel, in a Double Queen room, which is an entirely different room category and hotel. To be absolutely clear: • I did not receive the hotel I booked • I did not receive the room type I booked (King bed vs Double Queen) • I did not receive the ocean view category promised • The room provided had significantly inferior conditions and amenities I escalated this issue directly with the hotel management, and they confirmed that your website is responsible for issuing a full refund, as the service delivered does not match the confirmed reservation and constitutes a clear breach of contract and misrepresentation. I therefore formally request: A full refund of all charges paid for this room, effective immediately. Please note that I have documentation, booking confirmation, payment records, and hotel confirmation of the mismatch. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through my credit card provider and relevant consumer protection channels. I expect your written confirmation
