Close to everything. We went to the underground city walking via St. Catherine Street. Gare Centrale is just a few blocks away. The hotel staff are very friendly. We requested a room transfer because our first night was a little bit noisy as it was on street view side. Then we got a quieter room. Both rooms are very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable for backsleepers. Coffee is complimentary both in the rooms and lobby

Convenient location and having Cora's next door for breakfast was an asset. Soundproofing could be improved. You can hear everything people say in the hallways and the beds are positioned along that common wall.

Our tv didn’t work. The gentleman came and fixed it for us. He was very kind. We had a hard time getting hot water. We called the front desk and they said they were sending someone but they didn’t come. I had to shower in our friends room. Over all it was fairly clean. The staff was kind and the location is great. Walking distance to Bell Center and great dining and shopping.

This location very walkable. It is a very busy area so it might not be for everyone if you want more quiet. There are a lot of dining options in the vicinity and shopping as well. Transit is also a walk away and so it's easy to get around. The staff were friendly. The elevators are tiny, I don't think it can actually fit 10 people. It was difficult to fit 6 people in there with luggage. Also if you're on the higher floors, depending on the room after getting to the 5th floor, you will have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs to get to your room. We had a family room (2 queens, 1 pull out sofa) and we had a balcony which would be nice to go out on if the weather was better. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine as well. Parking is available a block away, it was okay. Overall, it was good, I'd recommend to people who want to be right in the downtown area.
