I rarely complain or leave reviews but This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The have bed bugs (confirmed), I was burned by the shower, the defective smoke detector woke me up 4 times and the staff were indifferent about it all. Don’t stay here. Save your money.

Everything is great! Convenient location. All staff are nice! The only thing is the shower doesn’t drain well, water accumulates during shower as the water drains slowly. Otherwise fantastic stay!

Nice hotel close to downtown core. Underground valet parking was included which is a big bonus for out of province vehicle plates. Room was clean and big. Service was great.
