The staff could have been more friendly. I was next in line and one of the staff was having a problem but the lady that was about to help me didn’t even say One moment while I help my co-worker. I was standing there a good 5 minutes before she said anything. The other thing I was surprised to see was no microwave in the room. I had to go to another floor

Overall had a good experience. The property was clean, and although there was some light construction at the main entrance and parking lot, it didn’t interfere with our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, though there was an odd musty/talcum powder smell when we first walked in. Thankfully, it faded quickly. The hotel was quiet, which we really appreciated, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The pool was a highlight—clean, monitored by a lifeguard, and a great spot to unwind. However, it was tucked away through the gym with no signage, so it took some wandering to find it. My main complaint was the restaurant. In my opinion, it was significantly overpriced for the selection and quality, especially the breakfast. We chose to skip it on our second and third mornings. All in all, a comfortable and quiet stay, but I’d recommend eating elsewhere.

Bad parking area at the back: not clean, construction area so many detritus, the back door entrance to the hotel wont open automatically so when you have multiple luggage, plus kids and a baby with you, you can't manage easily. No cart available at this entry to put you luggage: I had to go to the front and get one myself and bring it back there. The pool/gym area is under construction so there is a lot of junk around: so unsafe for my kids!
