Great hotel close to the metro only 2km away from bell center. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Rooms were nice and spacious and breakfast was spot on. Definitely a good spot to stay.

The room we stayed in was dirty and too old. The bed cover had small tiny red stains on the side that looks like blood. I called frontdesk but no one answered so I went snd showed them a picture. I asked to be transfered because we have a baby with us. Staff told me to pack and we got transfered to a room that was also old and one bed also have red stains on it and worst, the main heater does not work so they onlh have small heater that can barely warm the room. We asked for another room but we were told they were fully booked. It was already 11pm and snowing heavily so we cannot transfer to another hotel. We ended up sleeping in the first room and I just used whatever fabric we have to cover the bed.

This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast choices were expansive. The hotel could use an upgrade in most every way. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable.
