Great staff, invaluable and nice. The facilities were well-maintained, and the room was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend the Radisson as it offers a wonderful place to bring children and easy access to downtown Montreal through a shuttle. By the way, the mattress was so comfortable. Will choose it again for my next visit.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The hotel is in terrible shape overall, and the room we stayed in had a persistent, awkward smell that made it uncomfortable to relax. The air conditioning unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages and functioned inconsistently, making the room stuffy and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the bathroom was particularly concerning. The bathtub was dirty, the floor had hair all over it, and the corners were visibly grimy. To make matters worse, there was no exhaust fan, which left the bathroom damp and musty. We expected a much higher standard of hygiene and maintenance. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

There was a room above us with a dog and was barking all night and we couldn’t sleep. We asked the hotel for the money back but they said we need to contact Expedia and see if we can get reimbursed which is unacceptable to me because I paid to sleep in a hospital and not to be up all night

I stayed at this hotel, part of my business trip. It is not the best Radisson I stayed over the years. The hotel looks tired and it is currently under renovation. I had no wifi in my room and had to call 3 times reception to fix it. I complained and the hotel kindly agreed to give me a 20% discount on my room rate plus free breakfast. I didn’t have breakfast though as it didn’t look appetizing (I am French so do forgive me if I am fussy!). I booked a shuttle back to the airport on my arrival at the hotel. I had to remind reception. They forgot about it. Overall, the staff were nice, courteous, polite and pleasant. I shall not return to this hotel as it is not adequate for business people in transit.

Hotel staff was not helpful and was rude. We requested a crib but was denied the first night. We requested some ice packs for baby milk to be kept in the freezer, which they said no to, but later accepted. The laundry machine accepted coins, but didn't clean the clothes well. Also I ran the dryer twice, but didn't dry the clothes. The machines were very dirty.

OMG woken up at 9AM on Sunday by .... a flatbed truck with a dance party on it in the next parking lot over? Hotel staff was kind enough to move me to another room on the other side of the hotel but the noise was STILL loud. Not much sleep that night, which was unfortunate as I got in quite late. Also worth noting..... NO place to eat around there. At all.

They are under renovation so I’m hoping things will be better in the future. Our room hadn’t been vacuumed well. There was stuff in the corner of the room and bathroom. The carpet in the hallways throughout needed to be vacuumed. The floor by the pool had puddles with floating dirt. The room was a normal hotel room just not super clean.

DO NOT BOOK RADISSON UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. We made a booking through Expedia, paid in advance and there were supposed to be no extra charges after that (all taxes were paid upfront). Upon reaching the property, they put a hold on our card (perfectly normal) and were refunded in a couple business days. Then I realized that I had a $4.95 charge on my credit card from RADISSON when they were not supposed to charge us at all. I reached out to RADISSON, they fabricated an invoice with the extra $4.54 charge. Mind you that Radisson was not supposed to charge us at all, all the payments had been made through Expedia. What they did not know was we were two families and they had made a separate booking, they had $4.54 charged to their credit card three times after the date of our checkout. When they asked for an invoice, they were sent an invoice with those charges showing three times. The only reason I wasn’t charged multiple times is because I had locked my card after I noticed the first charge. I reached out to Expedia and they have failed to comprehend the situation multiple times. RADISSON refuses to do anything because obviously they know what they did. The point is that if it was a genuine charge, the charge on both our invoices should have been the same. It may seem like a small amount but imagine charging all your customers an extra $15 - how much money do they make in this scam? Hope this helps.

Not as advertised pictures do not reflect dated and dingy hotel … stains on sheets, parking lot ridiculously small parking spots, it’s just a lot and they charge you to park there. The spots were so tight I could barely get in and out of the spot. Someone hit my mirror of my suv and cracked it. I took pictures of the sheets and complained to the hotel and they don’t care. Both Expedia and the Radisson should be embarrassed. I would not recommend.
