The room was somewhat clean, with some stains in the bathroom. I did notice a crack in the ceiling and some paint peeling on the ceiling and on the bathroom door. The room could benefit from a little update to the decorations, upholstery and carpet as well. The window system was also a bit weird with minimal natural light coming through. The bed was very comfortable and the access to a heated salt pool in a private courtyard was a great addition. Parking was easy to get in and out of and the check-in and check-out went super smoothly.

A quirky place for sure, but comfortable, reasonably priced and convenient - though the subway being on strike was inconvenient, hardly the hotel's problem. Will be better when on-site restaurants are open again - and hoping they can reboot the original Asian resto there, would keep in the theme of the place.

It’s more like an old motel rather than a hotel. The foyer is dated and dingey, but functional. Our bathroom had some unpleasant substance on the floor under the vanity- gross. Bed was great and the room was quiet. No food in the hotel, but there are a number of restaurants in walking distance.
