The hotel beds were very comfortable. The staff were accommodating, friendly. The hotel is a bit old, needs constant maintenance but other than that we had a very comfortable stay.

The room they gave us had the toilet leaking the whole time we stayed there! They moved 3 of us to a suite for the first night where one of us had to sleep on the couch. The next day they moved us back to the same room with toilet issues which were not fixed and we informed them everyday that the toilet was leaking but nothing was done. Nobody even offered a solution.

Ruby Foo’s is located in the central west end near all major transit which makes it very convenient. Free parking, walkable to lots of good food, clean comfy rooms and good amenities.
