Business facilities were under construction mostly everything. Not what people see in the app. It is a mess there. 3 dryers only and two broken. The site abd hotel horrible. It wasn't what I expected neither what I see in the app pictures. No clean; staff doesn't care about anything.

Reception being renovated, was a bit awkward, one of two elevators was inactive, shower door wouldn’t remain closed, no bodywash, and they can use a mat for wet boots at the door. Slept well, room was clean.

The hotel rooms were updated and the beds were very comfortable. The problem was that the room was not clean. The shower heads were covered in soap scum and the shampoo and the body wash dispensers were empty. After I cleaned the the shower heads and proceeded to take a shower, only then did I realize there was nothing to clean with. Floors were not vacuumed. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location. Room was big and clean. The bed was comfy. The only issue was the wifi didnt work. You just out your room number and last name and it kept coming back with an error. Other than that it had easy parking and friendly staff

The lobby was being renovated when we arrived, and it made me nervous for what the hotel would be like, but the rooms were fine. We had a studio style with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was also nice. The staff at the front desk were kind and the underground parking was a good perk.

The sliding bathroom door was ridiculous, the shower although looking very brand new hardly worked and made a very loud noise. Checking in was slow and it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Was NOT made aware by Expedia or the hotel that there was significant work being done on the property until AFTER I'd reserved. The breakfast I paid $75 extra for was terrible. Gross even. We will never be back, and am questioning using Expedia ever again. Au Revoir!
