Having stayed there before, It's a no-brainer! It's on a two-way street...makes navigating traffic much easier. There are many one-way streets in Montreal, making navigating to destinations a challenge. Everyone we encountered was very helpful w/directions to areas w/in the hotel & the parking garage....most helpful! The people/all staff gave off a very comfortable vibe! It felt good!

Service terrible - coffee maker didn't work and they wouldn't send a coffee up to the room as a courtesy. Random people trying to get into the elevator on my key card. Staff barely look up to greet you. Fridge made awful noise and had to unplug in order to sleep. Didn't feel like it was entirely safe or clean.

Louis at the front desk was excellent and started our great experience with his great hospitality and ability to accommodate in a fair and respectful manner. He started the great experience for our great trip in Montreal. All other staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Details matter to these hosts and we felt that anything we needed, they responded with care and efficiency. It’s the people who make this place so great ! What a great find!

Terrific hotel with the most comfortable bedding I can ever remember having. Great location only a few blocks away from Centre Bell and underground parking. I will definitely be back when I return to Montreal!
