- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This traditional and welcoming Finca is located close form the Montuiri village and has 430sqm split into 6 spacious bedrooms, with its own en suite bathrooms.
You will aslo be charmed by its huge living and dining room and its fully equipped kitchen. Totally surrounded by nature the Finca has a beautiful swimming pool and nice views to Mallorca inland. 
The property has air conditioning on the ground floor.
This property is the ideal one to enjoy a really private and peaceful holiday time with family, friends and children. Every detail has been tailor-made in order to make your stay in the heart of Mallorca unforgettable.

Bookings less than 3 nights extra 200 € +150 € final cleaning. Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
