The hotel was undergoing an operator change because the previous hotel we had booked had closed. However, we were happy that our prepaid reservation was transferred to the new hotel without us needing to do anything or pay extra. Since we stayed right in the middle of the transition, the hotel felt a bit unusual. All the old signs and papers had been removed from the rooms and corridors, but the new ones were not yet in place. Our room was dusty, and the drain smelled because it apparently hadn’t been used for a while. Fortunately, the smell disappeared after we ran some water down the drain, so it didn’t bother us for long.

Good spot not too far from main city centre. Service was great and clean, comfy rooms. First 2 days we were getting taxis before discovering the day passes on all public transport! Would definitely stay again, great experience, thank you.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It was nice to have a run along the canal of the Nymphenburg Palace. The cleaning of the rooms is a bit sloppy.
