The first room provided to us smelled of urine or sewer gas. Also, the hotel's bus service to/from airport is very limited. Details should be provided to guests prior to reservations being made so they can make plans so they don't have to incur additional expenses for travel to/from downtown Munich during daytime hours. Pillows in the room are substandard - I wouldn't provide similar ones to guests staying at my home.

Beautiful property, close to Munich airport and convenient shuttle service offered for 6 Euro per person. Ate pizza for dinner at hotel that was very good. Hot Breakfast was included that had plenty of choices. Excellent stay

Breakfast had a nice assortment. I appreciated that there was an airport shuttle. Mattress was a bit softer than i like. My biggest problem was we were at the airport trying to get the shuttle and the hotel never picked up my phone call.
