relax in Munich

easy location to metro and walking to shops, sights and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, making the stay comfortable. Welcome drink and nightly negroni delivered to your room was a sweet treat.

We had a wonderful stay. The towels and bed linens were great as was the location The bath was a challenge with no lip or enclosure our other room number 412 did have a divider. 409 bath floor always wet until housekeeper came.

This is NOT a hotel. It is more like a hostel but worse. First room smelled like urine and was moved to the next room. Next room had these weird carpet stains and dust bunnies in every corner. Not to mention all the rooms are very dark and dark paint chipping on walls and ceilings
 most likely painted to hide stains and other unsanitary situations. Didn’t even want to take our shoes off. Would not give us a refund and offered another room
. I’ve seen the standards of their rooms at this point, so we just left and booked an actual hotel. I have never walked out on a hotel in my life!!! When we exited the room, some of the staff were gathered around the hallway whispering at us and staring. I never complain about hotels but this was THE MOST atrocious experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself and book another hotel.

Loved the Haus im Tal! Super unique property, great location and the staff were very warm and welcoming! We did have a car and the parking was about 2 blocks away, but easy to get to!

Felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The checking was relaxed and I was offered a seat and a drink. What a lovely welcome from the staff (sorry, I forgot the name, but she was so helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Munich

We loved the rooftop bar and terrace. Great atmosphere, excellent service and concierge attention. Our room 401 was very quiet, the bed extremely comfortable, although interesting to get in and out of from the low platform. All very well appointed, but would benefit from a chair to sit in. We would highly recommend staying here.
