Fantastic hotel, just a stroll away from Marienplatz and the clock towers. Room had a balcony which was a great size and got the sun all afternoon. Staff and service were incredible - really friendly, attentive and helpful. Rooftop bar was very cool and amenties were great. Provided a bed for our dog and lots of information about Munich and its bars & restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend!

The room was nice, spacious and very clean. The staff were really nice and tried to help us where they could. I just gave 4 stars because the hallways carpet is in terrible shape and full with stains. It needs to be updated. Location is great if you want to be downtown, but it can be a little noisy if you want to leave the balcony’s door open. No noise problems with the door closed. The breakfast was also good.

The room was not particularly comfortable for two seniors. The platform bed was in an alcove and required climbing in from the foot. The only seating was a hanging basket chair and a bean bag chair.

Excellent location and good value. The room I had does not have a bed, it’s a mattress on a raised platform. It’s a bit tricky to get up and out of bed if you are a senior citizen. Good breakfast too but not good included.
