I liked the access to the train station, and the breakfast provided a good variety of items and was tasty. The rooms were pretty clean but small. The storage was good in there, a couple more hangers would be nice. The staff were very helpful with directions to sites and train/underground suggestions.
We asked to NOT have our room cleaned the first day, and the staff came in and emptied our garbage. We had purchased a food item/souvenir in another country, which was in our fridge, and that went missing during this time as well, so then we felt we needed to check our things every time we came back to our room and make sure everything was there for the rest of our stay as we were concerned that if we had our room cleaned or asked for it not be cleaned, perhaps something might go missing. The area around the property has a lot of seedy stuff going on, including strip clubs and bars, and many men hanging out all hours of the night on the streets and at the bars, so I would encourage single women or groups of women to perhaps seek out a different hotel, not in this neighborhood. The hotel lobby smells very strongly of cigarette smoke.
