A bit of aircraft noise being so close to the airport but the shutters helped. Was disappointed the pool was unavailable as it looked nice in the website pictures. as we normally stay in the Art Hotel we missed the garden and lake walks which this hotel does not have

The hotel is nice and clean with a great view of the planes taking off. Free shuttle to the airport and Aeon Mall is convenient. I wish coffee machine/sachet is provided in the room instead of just sachet green tea.

The hotel lobby looks clean, airport shuttle bus was nice. The room was dated and small. Cleanliness was below average, as was the cost. Stayed because of a bumped flight. Many tour bus tourists.
