The airport shuttle was easy to find (stop 16 outside terminal 1), the bus is super-punctual, very friendly drivers. The hotel is 10 mins from the airport and perfect in every regard. They even have scales in the lobby for weighing your luggage. Pity I didn't have time for breakfast. This was my second stay at the Marroad, it's now my preferred option for Narita.

Love the size of the rooms, great location, easy access to airport via shuttle, shuttle times clearly defined, access to Aeon mall via shuttle or taxi. Dated rooms but definitely nostalgic for those that can appreciate it

Overall, great and courteous sercie and spacious clean room/wshroom. Though they are a bit dated. The outlets were weirdly wired where some didn’t work while others did but only when we had the main light switch on at all times.

Facility is large and clean. Can hear airplanes from room. Have to use shuttle to airport to do anything. Very inconvenient location. Lobby floor is clearly in disrepair. Limited and expensive food options. Lots of Chinese tourism.
