The hotel is a perfect spot if you need a close place near NRT airport. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and really luxurios looking. The staff was very kind in keeping our luggage at place for our quick flight to sapporo with no extra charges.

Our flight back to the US was cancelled so we ended up staying here for just one night. The customer service was excellent. They got us a crib for our grandson at no cost. The free shuttle was such a big help, we had a lot of bags and it made our trip back to the airport so easy.

Overall a great place to stay while in Narita. The room was big, clean, and the staff was great. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was very small and only had a few local channels. Would be nice to have steaming service options on the tv as well.
