No coffee at 6 am so had to wait and pay for pricey airport coffee. Also the shuttle looked bad from being wrecked. Kinda embarrassing to drive up in that. The room was ready and clean. Staff was very friendly. especially Tony the shuttle driver. I hate that you charge so much for parking!!! May start using Holiday Inn Their parking is cheaper. It adds up when it is 8-10 days.

The room was clean, the staff was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was high cost but wasn't excellent. My hot chicken was a little overcooked and the seasoning wasn't pleasant.

Great place to stay close to the airport with fantastic customer service. Brian at the front desk was amazing. Knew us by first name every time we saw him. Only issue was the shuttle van to and from the airport. Poorly marked, beat up from a previous accident with some seat belts not working. Not a good impression for there hotel but the hotel itself was great.
