First room had a strobe light in the bathroom. It was not able to enter for even a minute. Since maintenance staff was not there, we were moved to a new room. The hotel location was pretty terrible, next to railroad tracks and highways. We had a dog and there was no grass to walk her. Another couple checking in said they could not find it and we could not either.

Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the front desk clerk was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to extend our checkout time so we could better align with my nearby surgery consultation, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms and hallways are clean, the room is nice, the beds are comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. No pest issues or anything concerning. A truly stress free stay thanks to the staff.
