Bad customer service and had multiple charges to my account without authorization. Talk with manager while I’m there and she was nice but charges are still there after 2 weeks and the hotel manager refuse to call me back or pick up any of my phone calls. I had to dispute these charges through my bank.

King room was a good size, furnishings were in excellent shape, comfortable bed and great shower. Enjoyed the cocktail lounge. Breakfast was more than adequate. Will return to this property when traveling in this area.

I am not happy with how check in works. We came back with a charge to food/drinks that we did not order and our keys deactivated because the front desk choose not to take my ID and card last night when I check in. They just gave me the room key. What if it wasn’t me who check in? That was not a safe process at all. We are not happy and will not return to this place again because customer service was not good. I am not someone who would like to leave bad review but I am so disappointed in this hotel when I thought I chose a top notch hotel to stay in for my vacation.

Great weekend stay for family wedding

The spacious rooms that accommodate 5 people are great! Everything is new and clean and the staff is very nice. I only wish the breakfast was a little better. A waffle maker would be great. Great location convenient to all things in Murfreesboro.

Nice and clean hotel with a friendly staff. It is not far off the interstate and many restaurants and stores are close by. Also, there was a very nice breakfast available. (even on a Saturday morning) Check in and check out was easy. Thanks for a great stay!
