First, it is quite insulting to have an elevator in the lobby but make your guests use the outside elevator to get to their rooms. Our room keys did not work. After returning to the reception desk twice we were given another room. The rooms are so small I had to get into and out of bed by crawling from the foot of the bed. Bathroom was very outdated and had no door separation from vanity to tub area. Staff were not friendly. Won’t book again. That said, beds slept well.

Property was average. Weekend front desk person was rude and didn’t like to be bothered. Lots of construction around the area, so it was a little noisy. Nothing the property can do about that. Website says free made to order breakfast, it’s a traditional hotel buffet. Property was average and what is to be expected for the price.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good. This is an older hotel which room doors open to the breezeway, this can lead to some concerns when other guests are noisy or are not considerate.

Bathroom door was a pain. Outside the room looked horrible inside was good. Only thing bad about our stay was the 50 kids on our floor drunk and knocking on our door at 3 am making such loud noises
