Hyatt Place Utica
"Room was clean beds were comfy pool was nice friendly staff and decent breakfast would stay again."

Royal Park Hotel
"The hotel is lovely and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful building. And obviously very well cared for. I stayed in a suite on the top floor - the suite was extremely hot when i arrived. Unfortunately the aging AC system could never keep up and my stay was very uncomfortable. Very hot and restless nights. I informed the front desk the first night and they did provide a box fan which helped somewhat. But I would not stay again for this reason. I was sweating all night. We dined at Park 600 - the street corn dip was amazing, my wife’s burger was good - i ordered the lobster roll special. At $34 - it had a remarkably minuscule amount of lobster. It took ‘skimping’ to a new level. Disappointing. This was my first stay - and i wanted to love it SO badly - because there is so much to like. But the hot room is something I would definitely not do again - comfort is vital at a hotel of this quality. The dining experience was overall good - but i needed a microscope to find any actual lobster on fairly high priced lobster roll. A lobster roll should be billowing with fresh lobster. 4/5 stars. A lot to love - but always room for improvement."
