Clean room. Miss Elaine, receptionist, was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location right next to French Market. Easy access to all attractions. Only comment would be , depending on which direction one was coming from the hotel was not easy to locate and reception was not clearly signposted. However, would definitely stay there again .

Elaine was wonderful. The room was pretty and cleaned every day. It was safe and secure, and we enjoyed being able to walk east toward Frenchman as well as the French Quarter west very easily. It was a perfect location, and we will be happy to stay there again.

Front desk staff are amazing!!! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location, easy walk thru the FQ, to Frenchmen or the river. Paid for parking; the lot was just across and down the street a bit but reasonably priced considering parking in the FQ, and downtown NOLA in general, is outrageous. Will always stay here if rooms are available!! 20/10 stars!!

The staff members were always friendly. Our king room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the courtyard with a pool for relaxing in the afternoons. We will likely stay here again when we return to New Orleans. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice, but that was not a major concern.

This is a great place to stay! Very convenient location that is walkable to everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. Grounds are kept up very nicely. All staff is great- but Neal just went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. We even ran into him while walking around the city and he stopped to give us recommendations and directions! He was a sweetheart! So happy we stayed there and will be coming back soon!
