Nice but none insulated Hotel

This is a nice and clean Hotel ( room ) but there is a big problem, there is no insulation. You can hear every body talking in the next room, and also outside. And at the second floor, you hear every body walking. The breakfast is great !

Not at all what the pictures looked like. This is basically a motel with a courtyard access. Walls were thin. You could hear talking in other rooms and outside in the courtyard.

The property is very safe! I like that your key allows you to enter. So without a room key, you cannot enter. The rooms are very nice and clean. Parking is great as there are 2 large lots for parking. And as always the staff is very professional and welcoming.

The property was nice and quiet & not too far from downtown New Orleans. This is my second time staying at this location; the first time i rated 5 stars. This time it’s only 4 stars bc there was no hot breakfast on Mardi Gras day; there was only cereal & muffins which was highly disappointing. We loved the waffles and other hot breakfast options last year before going to the parades. If you are going to advertise free breakfast then there shouldn’t be limitations especially for the price that we paid.
