The room was in good condition and the staff was very nice, I didn’t like the loud neighbors with all the door slamming and loud kids and television and I need an accessible room with pull bars and a walk in shower m, but I didn’t have what I needed to make my stay enjoyable.

This is my second time staying here and I have no complaints still, the rooms were clean, beds soft and comfortable, and all appliances worked. The area is nice, the staff are so friendly from the front desk, to kitchen crew, and housekeepers. I’ll be back again next year as I was here for a Ball.
Outside clean and decorated for Mardi Gras theme.
Nice and hidden for more space. Clean as well.
Closet area and the bathroom is to the right, both very clean.

The big building was reasonably nice, but I was in the side building which was crappy. Also location was not great, too industrial, no ambiance. Unable to walk around. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs looked inedible.
