The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room was clean. My only issue with my stay is the sheets were thin and the towels had holes in them. The desk chair was completely ripped up and had stains. They need to refresh their linens and furniture more frequently.

The room was okay. Some areas could have been wiped off a little better. The coffee area in the room wasn't supplied with enough coffee, coffee cups, and other supplies for our family. The creamer packets need to be replaced with fresh ones. The creamer packets were hard and couldn't be used. Staff was very friendly and polite. It was a quite well located hotel. Thank you.

The hotel very badly needs a deep cleaning. There were random chunks of things on the floor along with a lot of dead leaves, hair, and stains. The door also got caught on the frame so you had to slam it pretty hard for it to fully close, and you can hear everything through the walls. The stairs only go to the emergency exits so you have to take the elevator to the lobby and it makes a lot of loud clunking sounds.
