The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The elevators were a huge issue. They had 2 elevators not working and the 3rd was erratic and extremely long wait times. On multiple occasions we had to go up and down stairs to the 8th floor. The room was clean. The location was perfect. The building and elevators are just in need of some serious maintenance.

The room was dangerous. The carpet by the doorway was not repaired with sharp exposed nails cutting my foot. I spoke to the front desk about the carpet and showed them pictures. Hotel overall seems to be in poor shape. The panel to select the floor on the elevator on the left is loose and the room key scanner didn't work most of the time making it hard to get to my floor.

The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location. The breakfast buffet was very nice and constantly restocked during the busy mornings. The rooms aren’t as big, especially for a suite and they could use some updating. If it’s busy, be prepared to carry your luggage because they only have 2 luggage carts, but the staff was constantly offering to help people with their luggage. Everyone working was polite and friendly.

The headset for the phone didn’t work and the heat also didn’t work. Someone did come try and fix it but it never really got to the temperature I would have liked. Also booked a room with 2 queens and we got a room with one queen. The couch wasn’t a pullout so it was tricky for our group of 3.

Water was yellow, bathtub was dirty, the AC in the room leaked on the carpet, the toilet would barely flush. Had to use valet because it is all that’s offered. When trying to retrieve the vehicle, there was only one person working valet. It took almost 45 just to get him to come to the stand. (Not his fault, hotels fault for not hiring more people) we had to literally follow him to our vehicles or it would have been another hour wait that was quoted. Completely unacceptable to the customers, but also to that poor valet attendant who was doing it alone. Do better. A cheer competition AND a huge volleyball tournament. This should have been a lot easier for the price you pay.
