Nice hotel located in a good spot for getting around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, we didn’t have a window which made it a bit dark in there - it was very dusty. The booking told us we’d receive some WellKit and waters and also that there were city bikes .. there are only 2 bikes so our family of 4 couldn’t benefit from that. The ice machine wasn’t working and my key wouldn’t let me access the only other one on the 4th floor. Just minor things and I’d stay here again, but I’d definitely get a room w a window!

We stayed here due to a previous experience about a year ago. We found the location convenient to the activities in the French Quarter and the Garden District. Unfortunately, this year, we found our room could have benefitted from additional cleaning, bed sheets were an off gray and the towels were stained.

Clean and cute room! Ours was a bit small, but had a lot of mid century modern character. The flooring was beautiful, with high ceilings. It was quiet, and the building has beautiful exposed brick throughout, with an awesome little café in the morning. Did not try the restaurant, but it was beautiful inside

Didn’t have breakfast. The one positive thing I can say is the room was really quiet. But that was because there were no windows and it was like a dungeon. I know I booked an interior room, buy if I had known that meant no windows, I would not have stayed there. Is that even legal? We were there for 6 days. When we checked in they said they cleaned the rooms every other day but they never came the whole time we were there The staff was ok, but we didn’t experience anywhere near the level of hospitality that we’ve received at the many other motels we’ve stayed in in New Orleans
