Every staff member was nice except one. Did not look like she wanted to be there. Few bugs in the room. Had to wait 2 hours before getting a room. (although they compensated for that quite nicely for us.)

Excellent staff, from front desk to coffee shop to housecleaning. Cute rooms. One of the best restaurants in the city on site also with excellent staff, extremely convenient location, can walk anywhere from the front door. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10

This was a great location. Room was neat and very old. Like what theu did with the room. My tub didnt have a stopper and i didnt like the fact that the room was $300 and had to pay an additional $40 to park across the street. So if you want a unique spot this is it for you. We really enjoyed our stay. Bed is comfy. Also a huge plus for me is the water was extremely hot!
