We enjoyed the hotel very much. It is in a great location, very easy to get around on the street car line. The room was spacious, and the staff was very helpful and super nice. The jazz bar was great, and the coffee spot was delicious.

The Pontchartrain Hotel provides a taste of New Orleans’ charm. Located in the Garden District, it's an easy walk to historic 19th-century mansions, oak-lined streets and shops and cafes. Our room had a New Orleans vibe.

The jazz band downstairs -Ed Perkins -made the few nights stay better than great , and the chicken wings rocked too ! Everyone and everything was exceptional even though I didn’t see any ghost but the atmosphere was really special . Stay here and get to know the valets also —you will love it !
