My review about this property is that it was just OK. It’s in a great location but that’s about it. The staff were nice. Keep in mind you HAVE to valet and it’s pretty expensive. I was told my car would take 6 min to go get. That never happened I waited 30+ min EVERY TIME. I even had to cancel the valet and pay for uber to make our reservations. Also they have bell staff so when I asked for a luggage cart I was refused and told bell staff needed to come which also took 45 min. My room was clean but it smelled horrible like a wet basement. I will say the housekeeping staff came everyday and made sure my room was kept nice. So overall it was an ok stay definitely not horrible but not great. Would recommend if you’re doing anything at the convention center as it’s walking distance and also close to the Starbucks. If their routines improve in sure it would be a fantastic place.

It was a nice stay. The complimentary drink vouchers were a nice touch. Hot water was hot as soon as you turned the hot water knob👍. Staff was also very friendly and gave great recommendations. Parking is tricky in New Orleans and they were also very helpful in that area.

Checking in was a hassle, the room was booked the day prior. They weren’t able to pull it up so we had to wait to check in, when we got to the room there was no cold shower available, even after the engineer came to fix it. It was still hot. The said i laid my head on the pillow also broke out really bad, im not sure if its the detergent.

Bed was not in place, had to ask for coffee pot. Coffee was there but no pot. Paint er employee ater two quick knocks came into room with key without waiting for a response. My wife was in tne bed, nut I was able to catch him from completely entertaining. He did apologize and explained he was checking that everytho g was back on place. That should have been checked earlier and if the room was occupied at the front desk.

Short walk to Cruise Ship. Property was lovely. Not impressed with the $27 buffet which had very little options. Also disappointed that our advertised $130 tour voucher was not honored whether it was Expedia or the hotel I'm not sure. Otherwise very clean, convenient and friendly were friendly
