The reviews on here did not reflect my expereince. I had a great time, clean bed and nice bathroom. It's NYC, if you want quiet, brind proper ear wear. I had no issue, was great!

The guy at the front desk was nice. This hotel was like actual torture. There were 100’s of bugs crawling out of the drain in the bathroom and hair all over the bathroom. Not to mention there is no soap to wash your hands. There is no sleeping in this place. There are load sirens and cars and people yelling all night. This was like paying $200 to be tortured. Genuinely only chose this place if you have no other choice. But then again if this is all you can afford I would not recommend coming here. You have been warned.

My kids named the hair Frank…

This was horrible! They said shared bathrooms… somewhere in the fine print I guess— more accurate to say community bath/shower only. There was a broken lock on that bathroom door and a pubic hair in the tub. The room’s large glass windows opened onto a very very old fire escape.. and did not close. Sheets had stains on them and smelled bad.

Loved this accommodation. It was very close to Times Square and the main subway lines we wanted to take. Will definitely be recommending this place to other others. The separate bathrooms are well kept they provide towels and shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) I got a corner room on the 5th floor and it had three big windows!! (they have an elevator) They had coffee and tea in the foyer area to start your day!

Huge street noise. The receptionist lied about fees. You have to pay extra utility fees while he says that those are covered. Did not get sleep at all due to the huge noise from the street. The window does not block ANY noise whatsoever. Absolutely horrible experience. WORST EVER

Okay for as cheap as it is, but loud

You get what you pay for I guess. Room felt like a prison cell but was clean enough, as was the shared bathroom. I’ve literally never heard so many doors slam throughout one night as I did staying here. Between that and the discomfort of the bed, sleep was nearly impossible

Budget Friendly Perfection!

This is a no frills hotel in the middle of "EVERYTHING" what they lack in amenities, they make up in courtesy and excellent service. Dan the front desk manager was kind and expedited my check-in. The room and bathroom were clean. Can't really ask for much more from a budget friendly hotel, that's stones throw from the city's best attractions!
