Floored this is considered a decent hotel. Was dated and dirty. The room smelt like weed. The noise was unbearable. If they are doing overnight construction right outside your hotel you should inform guests. Will never return.Devastated I spent over $300 on one night of hell

What an amazing experience. The staff year is phenomenal, the housekeeping exceptional, the overall vibe is just great. Highly recommend this place for a great boutique hotel. You really get a family style vibe here. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, the location perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was within walking distance. Also, it was nice to have access to light refreshments throughout the day without an extra charge.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Our room was larger than most of the rooms we have had in other similar theater district hotels. The breakfast area lounge is spacious and provides coffee, tea, and other amenities 24/7. The breakfast is limited in choices - cereals, pastries, boiled egg, fruits, yoghurt, bagels and toast. The hotel and furnishings are dated but clean - Casablanca themed. It’s very convenient to theaters, restaurants, and the subway.

This is such a sweet boutique hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and just great people. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The 2nd floor is 'Rick's cafe' - if you don't know Casablanca - you won't get the reference. It is like a home - living room, dining, and 24/7 snacks, beverages and space to enjoy. The bar in the picture tho - that's next door at Tony's itialian resturant (VERY GOOD!). We were in the heart of Time Square and during the big snow storm, close to everything we could possibly need. Thank you again, to the staff! We will see you again!
