Room was clean, staff was very friendly, just steps away from NY Library, Bryant Park and lots of shops. You can refill your water and get complimentary coffee in the Mezzanine. Hotel is a little aged, but not rundown. The last day there no one ever turned over our room, but it is the holidays so maybe they were understaffed or extra slammed. I’d stay again.
