We were worried about not having a place to put our luggage while we explored. Thankfully the staff was able to check us in super early and it made everything super easy. The staff was really nice and the room was clean. Definitely recommend!

Nice hotel for New York City. Convenient location right near the No. 6 subway line. Rooms are a little small but it’s NYC. I liked it because it’s so close to so many things. I wouldn’t waste time on the breakfast. Beds were big and comfortable. Hotel was not weird or scammy.

the main reason that I would stay again and again is Samantha, Pierre, and Celina. Nice sheets and towels make it grander. My bay window was my favorite perch. thank you everybody for making my trip home away from home a special one.

The room was nice. Everything was as advertised. It was a little frustrating to find out that we would be pre-charged for the minibar and stuff and refunded if we didn’t use them but it wasn’t a big deal. Even though we had already paid through Expedia, they charged us the whole cost again, but swiftly corrected it. Huge fan of private individual bathrooms in the lobby!
