The hotel refused to cancel my reservation during the blizzard. They told me they would cancel it when I called 3 days before I was supposed to arrive, then reneged. The conduct speaks for itself. I will never stay at this hotel.

I stay at this Hotel 2 three times a year out of convenience for the location of my business. Staff is rude and not friendly, and every winter time that I have stayed there the heat in the rooms don't heat the room. I could put it on 90 and it still would give cold air. Their solution is a hand held heater, which when I checked in this past January noticed there was a hand held heater in the room. It was so cold that I had to buy a heated blanket to keep me warm. They were also not accommodating due to the bad weather in the East Coast, my flight was cancelled and I had to fly in the next day, they were unwilling to credit me for the first night that I couldn't fly in and check in. All flights were cancelled for that day to East coast. Wont stay here again.

It is pretty rundown, no bellhops or even luggage carts, and staff was pretty apathetic. They have valet service but it takes half an hour by design. There is a reason it was one of the lower priced hotels.

The room was freezing. Literally freezing. I asked to move and was told I couldn’t despite there being available rooms in all websites including their own. Also they are massively misrepresenting their hotel. They show photos of the bars and a restaurant. None of these exist. It’s appalling. I had to move to a different hotel. I called the GM who didn’t work at weekends and they never called back

Easy, fast check in. Valet parking was great. I love this location because you are away from the hustle and bustle on Times Square, but close enough to walk or take a quick uber ride. The room was so cute and very clean. Staff also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great and perfect size for what we needed. Bed was comfy. Clean. Fun view. Great value, great location. Food at cafe in lobby was GREAT. Two little things. The GFI of the outlet in bathroom was tripped and would not reset so I used different one to dry my hair. The heat did not blow hot or even warm air—luckily the covers on the bed were very warm.

I've stayed here a few times before and the staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The only minor complaint this time was that the room was very cold. Spoke to front desk about it and all good. There’s lots of eatery options in the area and it's a great location.
