The hotel was in an ideal and convenient location to most of the major NY hot spots. Also, Kai at the front desk was exceptional! We took a red eye and came in at 10AM and she recommended a nearby diner to have brunch at and when we came back our room was ready! Shoutout to her! My only complaint is that the honking was loud, not the hotels fault! But it took some getting used to!

Room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent food choice for breakfast, and coffee & tea bar was opened at all hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. Please offer reusable metal cutlery for your breakfast. It's annoying using plastic utensils and environmentally irresponsible. Tell corporate to get with it and offer metal utensils.

The check in was fast , the room was clean and we could have a late check out that helped us a lot . The location is good about 15 minutes walk to Brooklyn bridge .the breakfast was ok .The only negative point about this hotel was the absence of a fridge and water in the rooms .
