Staff was always professional, courteous, and allowed for late check in. Hotel grounds and room were very clean. We had a room directly next to elevator and thought noise would be an issue, but it wasnt at all. Location was perfect for those who want to be near shopping and Times Square. Plenty of local restaurants on the same block including Starbucks just across the street.

The front desk staff were wonderful! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Parking was easy with the valet. Room was nice and ample room for 4 people. Not enough outlets, but able to figure it out. Overall great place to stay for the price and convenience to time square!

This hotel is in a great location to walk places and to take the subway or bus. Hotel was very clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They held out luggage for us because we got there before the check-in time. That really helped us hit the ground running when we got to NYC.
