Our stay was nice and clean! The only complaint we had was valet service, the front desk staff forgot to summon our vehicle and we waited almost an hr. I suggest asking for your vehicle 45minutes before you plan to leave.

Staff was dry and cold. Room was dirty, and definitely not cleaned. Called staff for supplies 3 different times and the worker would be short and hang up on my face as he was too busy. Floor was sticky and our feet turned black... shower.. anyways. It was disgusting. We reached out to Expedia and requested a refund and moved to another hotel.

I really liked that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in while we explored the city. The location is amazing—just a couple of minutes from Times Square and other major landmarks. The only downside was that the elevators took a long time, so if there’s a line, you’ll definitely have to wait. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the rooms were clean.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Our toilet seat was off the toilet and our room door would not lock. We also had to change rooms from a King to a double bed because the key sensor would not work to allow us into our room. No refunds or credits were offered or given for any of the inconveniences over our 3 night stay. Staff did send engineering/maintenance to fix the toilet seat and door while we were gone for the day.
