I really enjoyed staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s super close to Port Authority - 5 blocks down - so taking the uber shuttle from LGA makes it easy and cheap to get where you need to be. The area around is super walkable. Would stay again.

This was a very disappointing stay. The room smelled like pee and was unbelievably tiny, nothing like the pictures online, which are very misleading. The entire hotel feels outdated and run-down, more like a 2-star property anywhere else in the world. Even the lobby looks tired. On top of that, I cut my hand on the cheap ironing board provided in the room. Everything feels old, cheap, and poorly maintained. Customer service was also underwhelming. Checkout is at 12:00, and when I asked for just 30 extra minutes since my car was arriving at 1:00, the front desk said it would cost me $50. The only positive is the location, but this hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. Overall, a very forgettable experience. Stay somewhere else and get more value for your money.

They are overpriced for the small room I had. There is zero room service for food. The restaurant located on the ground floor serves only Indian food, which is fine if you can eat spicy foods, but many people can't. The hotel offers zero breakfast accommodations. Mainly fast food restaurants in the area, and drug addicts on the same street as the hotel. Staff are not super friendly. Never again. I felt totally unsafe walking in that neighborhood.
