Nobody came to clean our room in the 4 days we were there. The room smelled a bit odd, and the carpet felt wet the entire time. Although the location is quite convenient, we felt a bit unsafe walking around the hotel at night.

Good sized rooms compared to some other more expensive hotels in midtown Manhattan. Excellent location - central to everything. However, the sidewalk near the hotel had a lot of homeless people living there and it felt unsafe walking past them.

Great hotel at a nice price, room was clean modern and spacious. Front desk was very friendly, room service appeared to be offered. Area was central and walking distance to penn station and times square. Nice little market in the lobby for snacks. Would highly recommend, especially at lower price point value cannot be beat!
