I have eaten at the bar/restaurant on several occasions and was in again when I decided to stay another night in NYC because of the blizzard, so this was my first stay at the hotel. It was a nice large room that was well appointed. The staff in the restaurant are amazing and the front desk person was professional and charming. I don't know why I had never stayed at the hotel before as I go to NYC often as CT is a pretty quick train ride. I will def be adding this hotel to my little list of acceptable hotels to stay at while in the city. I definitely reccommend this property.

Terrible terrible and filthy dirty. Plumbing didn’t work bedding and bathroom filthy. No house keeping services and the picture of robes in the listing is a fallacy. Two smal towels is more like it. I am rethinking my April trip to Munich as I don’t feel comfortable with your recommendations any longer.
