The room was spotless. The staff for breakfast were amazing as well as the door greeter welcomig us. The check in lady caucasian was great at the check in. However, the night bartender not too friendly neither the dark skin lady at the front desk.

Very thin wall walls or floor - heard neighbors above and below very easily. The elevators are slow and one was to be finicky with the key card. Our room door was finicky with the key card. The mattresses our beds were very Lumpy and saggy. Service was really great. Water fountains on every floor is a plus.

The area around the property isn’t be best but there is a Starbucks close by. The rooms are small and the beds aren’t queen size. The property has security at the door. The breakfast for purchase is excellent. Really enjoyed my stay.

Our room was fine and all amenities worked. The is friendly and courteous. However, the one thing that ruined our stay were the elevators. There are two small elevators to service 25 floors. On two occasions one of the elevators stopped on the twenty second floor
