The staff was lovely and welcoming. I do wish the rooms had a microwave or they have a common area with a microwave. The location was convenient and the restaurant's food and drinks were very good. The fire alarm went off early in the morning which was not fun but the staff was accommodating. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very well located - a block from Union Square ( which has a lovely four day a week public outdoor fresh food market ) and is in the midst of a miriad of shops and restaurants and close to all the subway lines at Union Square. The rooms are ample sized and very well outfitted with facilities and clothes storage and the staff - from the front desk to the restaurant .. to the assisting staff are all wonderful.

The room was clean, spacious for two people, and very comfortable. Staff was very nice, amenities good, and the lounge area nice to relax in after a day out/pre-dinner. The location is also perfect, right next to Union Square - walkable to many good areas, but also right next to a subway station to get uptown easily. Highly recommend staying here.
