This hotel is way too expensive to not have better food options and no gym. What hotel has no gym. Then have the nerve to charge me a late check out fee. This hotel sucked. Was not worth 778.00 the including bag breakfast, no gym and no restaurants near it. This hotel sucked and want my money back

Checking in arrived and no one was at the front de

I arrive to check in no one was at the front desk to let me in the lobby i was lucky enough a guest who was already checked in let me in it was about 2 am got into the lobby i waited up to 2hours before a guy came he looked like he was sleeping he didn't introduced his self or anything i asked him if he is the one supposed to be at the desk he said yes i told him i was waiting over 2hours he didn't apologize or anything his response was where is your ID AND CREDIT CARD AND IF WE STILL NEED THE ROOM OR WHAT? MIND YOU MY CARD WAS CHARGED ALREADY HOTEL GOT MY MONEY EVEN BEFORE I CHECKED IN..i was treated with no respect i never got to my room until 4.45 am and had to check out for 11am i don't recommend this hotel if you are black i will never stay here ever again when i travel i also contact the manager by email onto this day i never got an response....
